Help 1965 SMS Roosevelt Cameo Experts!

Can anyone help me out with how PCGS determines whether the message title coin is cameo or deep cameo? Deep cameo is off of the charts for the series but this one blows away any of the 3 previous cameos for this date I had graded a year or so back. Any expertise is greatly appreciated.

As with other SMS series, the mirrors gotta be deep and clear. I have seen a fair # of SMS coins with phenomenal frost fail to get "DCAM" because of a lack of good mirrors.

Thanks Monsta, this baby has the deep mirrors on both sides. How deep do they need to be and is there a certain inch of clear reflection that is needed?
