    Dude! You better wear that damn retainer EVERYDAY!!! Take it from me. When I was young,my teeth were a mess. I had braces on from 6th to 10th grade! Those are some very hard times for a teen to have to wear braces! When they came off,they expected me to wear a retainer for another year! WHAT? That is crazy!!! I just wore it to bed cause I was too embarrassed to keep wearing it to school. I eventually stopped wearing it all together. Shortly thereafter,my teeth began to shift back to they way they were!
    My teeth are much beter,but they would have been nicer if I would have wore the retainer!!
