Was supposed to get Pujols Auto Jersey,
Got Bagwell Auto Jersey and Shawn Green Auto.
Bought the redemption card cuz I wanted Pujols!
Yeah well! Anyway

Want to build a web page for my flag football team and our sponsor.

    That's kind of a shame that happened to you.Upper Deck did us right
    when we had a problem with them.We never got a Frank Thomas Auto a while back & we waited & waited.
    When we contacted them,they apologized & sent us a Frank Thomas Auto Jersey #ed/50.Just thought you might want to know there is always hope. Just be persistent!

    Both Upper Deck and Fleer customer service have been amazing to me, happy to replace cards (and they always send extras) and fast on redemptions (if you call first).

    UD has been horible to me. Sent in 8 Hockey redemptions, got nothing. I had complained about the quality in the boxes of UD Vintage hockey, and they said send in some of the damaged cards and the UPC codes from the boxes... now it has been approx 8 month and i havent gotten a reply.

    I sent the bball rc redemptions to UD over a year ago and still nothing. They said they sent them out August of 2001 and said if I didn't receive them then they must have not received my redemption cards.

    I sent in a 00-01 Ud ultimate Signature Jamal Crawford #'d to 75 Back to UD cause the Auto was smeared. That was over a year ago and never got anything Back. Oh well.
