Anyone ever seen these????

Had someone ask me about these and I have never seen them before.....any and all help appreciated!

First: One silver dollar and half dollar in a capital plastic holder. The year on both is 1982 w/ US Prototype Silver Dollar Set Free Market Silver Dollar Act, and Produced by Gold Standard Corporation on the holder.

Second: A 1/10th ounce gold in a cellaphane wrapper and there were 50 of these attached together in a roll. The obv. has the date "1979" and "trust in God" and "Adam Smith" and the reverse has "for integrity there is no substitute" and "G10" and at the bottom "1/10th ounce of pure gold"
