heres his info,do not sell this guy anything thru paypal he will claim that he didn't recieve it i am not the only person he has done this too,if you do sell to him send it ether certified mail or delivery confirmation to cover your azz,i should have known better when he ask me to send it reg 1st class without insurance,didn't find out until 7 days after i sent card to him that he has done this to other sellers,and thats when he filed the complaint,so be warned his a e-bay id is Uifz,check it yourself, keep this at the top guys,thanks

For Paypal, it sends you an e-mail saying that your payment has been sent, and another saying that your payment has been received. Just use the e-mail of him receiving it against him

Don't send him his money back. Since obviously this is a reoccuring problem of him not recieving cards sent to him, tell him you're treating it like an ebay auction - it was his responsibility to ask for insurance, and and his loss if something happened.

i am not paying him crap,lucky i only had .19 cents in paypal,did you check his e-bay id and see what he was selling,lol maybe his card is one of the unclaim packages he is selling
