Last time i will post a grading question for a while. Anyway need some help with this one, i'm not real great at grading when it gets into the MS grades. Thanks for the help!!!

Is the rim dinged at about 10 o'clock on the obverse or is it the picture?
It looks pretty mark free but the reverse seems to lack strong detail.
If the first question is yes then I would guess 65
If no then 64 would be my guess.

I would also guess MS66. It probably is FS. Most of the 40s were struck strong and many high grade examples exist with FS.
For some life lasts a short while, but the memories it holds last forever.
