Weighing Sets ??

I am going to request the 1988 Kenner Starting Lineup Basketball set for the registry and I want to submit weights for the set. My question is, how many 10's should be in the group? Should there be only one? The Utah Jazz set requires a high rating with the Stockton and Malone both deserving of 10 weight. Is there a maximum or minimum of high weights to be given in a set?

There does not have to be only one card with a ten grade weight. However, there really should not be more than two. Most vintage sets -- important or not, have one card with a weight of ten, one (or perhaps two) with a weight of nine -- with most of the cards falling in the 1-3 range.
