i need a ref check....

i need a ref check on someone who deals cards at ebay, yahoo and cardsherrif. we have a very large deal pending and he wants me to send first. how can i check this person out to make sure i won't get ripped? thanks

    Don't do it. He gave me a different eBay user id for his refs, cardman21000, but then he told another guy I was talking to that his was the warnocks, different then the one he gave me (and a huge difference in postive feedback). He said he left ebay, and I think this one(the warnocks) is still an active user. Lostnemisis1@aol.com is the guy eh? He's been emailing/contacting everybody trying to make deals.

    thanks guys...the deal is i send him my basketball collection for a jordan graded rc..he is still e-mailing me asking when i'm going to send, he keeps telling me he promises to send as soon as he gets the collection. he says he has 480 feedback on ebay, over 300 on yahoo and like 300 on cardsheriff.com
    i really want that card from him but he does sound fishy to me..

    The last time he tried to trade with me, the jordan wasn't graded!
    Said he didn't believe it because he didn't think the always sent the same card back.

    I don't know this guy...but have seen several posts about this LostNemesis e-mail account person being very shady. If I were you, I would either not trade, insist that he sends first, or agree to an escrow kind of deal if you really want to make the trade. Basically, you both agree to send your cards to someone that YOU trust and then they will send out both sides when they receive. Good luck.
