Would this be considered AT????

Found this today while metal detecting in about four feet of water. It has some beautiful colors on it. Just wondering, is this still considered AT'd even though it wasn't an intentional attempt to add color to a coin?

I found a few more coins like this and got out of the water fast. I didn't want to become artificially toned.
