Great idea for an Ebay auction

Here goes, .....a chance to build up a lot of positive feedback.
Lordmarcovan has an auction going where he won't send you anything, but if you send payment he'll give you positive feedback.
Now, everybody wants a lot of positive feedback, but have to gamble by actually buying or selling something and hope the deal works out and that the other party isn't a sleazebag that won't leave positive feedback after you already have.
So here's the idea:
A dutch auction for positive feedback. 5000 available positive feedbacks @ $1 each. Nonpaying bidders of course will get negative feedback.
