First of all if you want this coin - go for it I don't want it I'm just curious. Does double profile commends any premium (check the nose and the neck),. BTW this seller has nice, BIG pictures.

It usually adds to the rarity factor, and most of the time adds some value, but it's not going to get anyone rich. I like the comment about nice original light toning, which to me means "cleaned". It doesn't look like a harsh cleaning, but the coin has been cleaned. I would probably kick in an extra $10 to $20 bucks for the doubling, but no more.
