I'd say the seller is about right. IMHO, the obverse looks like it is a G. The reverse I would say is Fair or Poor. I don't know the standard for those two grades but the revese is less than AG in my book.

FR-02. The obverse is weak for a G-04, but would likely make the grade anyway. The reverse is way too gone for AG-03. The date isn't scarce enough and/or the obverse strong enough to get the overall grade up to AG-03.

FR 02 if you go by the lower of the two sides.

AG03.5 on the obverse. It's really close to G4 in my book.
FR02.5 on the reverse. Close to AG; I'd call the reverse a "Choice Fair", LOL.

Seriously? Overall, I'd call it AG.

PCGS would net this one out at AG03 based on the coins I've seen and submitted. It SHOULD be FA02 as Greg indicated, but PCGS will give a full rim obverse extra consideration.

I believe Braddick is even more infamous for those PCGS FR02's than I am for the Holey Coin Vest. But then again, he was here first...
