I'd say the seller is about right. IMHO, the obverse looks like it is a G. The reverse I would say is Fair or Poor. I don't know the standard for those two grades but the revese is less than AG in my book.
Time sure flies when you don't know what you are doing...
FR-02. The obverse is weak for a G-04, but would likely make the grade anyway. The reverse is way too gone for AG-03. The date isn't scarce enough and/or the obverse strong enough to get the overall grade up to AG-03.
PCGS would net this one out at AG03 based on the coins I've seen and submitted. It SHOULD be FA02 as Greg indicated, but PCGS will give a full rim obverse extra consideration.

FR02.5 on the reverse. Close to AG; I'd call the reverse a "Choice Fair", LOL.
