This is the incredible 1975 Bicentennial error~!

I scrolled through a few more, and there's others described like this too.
What gives? Looks like a bicentennial to me.

I believe the bi-cent coins were actually struck in 1975.

I had a customer return a 1975 mint set once because it had 1976 coins in it. I figured I must have got the envelope mixed up so I sent him another one at face value, and he said I sent him the wrong one again. And of course... you guessed it.

I guess I don't feel quite so stupid at this point.

When I saw the others - I was embarrassed about pulling the trigger so quickly.
Does look odd though. By any measure - it's Bi.

You can usually tell what year the Ike was made in. It's differentiated between Type 1 and Type 2.
