I like it. It looks like posible NCS candidate to bring both sides of the coin to its glory. It looks to me like it was on a piece of velvet or cloth for years and one side toned. I sent two coins to mrdq to "buddy" them with his NCS coins. If they do what they claim they can do this is another good candidate if mrdq doesn't mind doing the extra work for me .
a great coin from a great dealer, I cannot wait 'till it gets here

As to the "big scratch" the others pointed out, my eyesight (or this monitor) must be failing me? I don't see it.
PS (after a third look): Are they maybe talking about that hairline from the nose? I'd hardly call that a "big scratch". However, it is a significant hairline if it is on the coin. But it doesn't bother me too awfully much. Maybe it's on the holder. It will be interesting to see what you think of it after it arrives. It may pleasantly surprise you. I had one with neat colors on it. It looked similar in color to yours when scanned flat on the glass, but when scanned at a slight angle, the colors were visible:
It was not in the same class as yours, being a much lower technical grade (ANACS PR62 RB). But it had undeniable eye appeal. It was not an expensive coin. I regret having sold it last year.
