  • I don't want to sound like a nut, but....... I am 36, and things have happened to me that I could not understand. I have tried to solve problems many different ways. Anybody can go crazy and do something stupid. The best thing that I have found is to get on your knees and pray. That is the only being that knows all. You may never understand, but you can know that EVERYTHING has a meaning.

Not trying to force anything on you, just giving my opinion.

Or another thing you could do is just write down what your feeling. Don't know if you like writing poetry, but for me (when I used to be filled with anger all the time, until I got older and realized how to control my anger) it helped a lot to get it out that way. And, I have some good poems that I wrote regarding anger. The poems aren't really violent...they just express the feelings of how I felt, and were expressed by using different ways and techniques to make it sound like other things. That might and might not help...but doesn't hurt for me to suggest it. image
  • Kick back and listen to some music, nothing too hard, nothing too soft, just something to get your mind off things.
  • grab a bible and start reading..calm ya down in no time
  • Given your age, I would start with talking to your parents.....or a peer helper at school, you've got a good start, your addressing your issue, direct it to those close enough to you to help, but don't not do anything...you will be surprised how many people have the same issues as you and can help you work through them...
  • My best way is.. to go play hard basketball, or go for a job, or swimming, best way for me is play a sport and play hard! Then you will forget your problems, and help you calm down.

  • Talking to someone or "venting" so to speak is a great way to get some steam off your chest. I'm one to believe anger should not be kept inside all the time. It helps me to get my problems out in the open with some feedback from the person(s) I'm talking with. If there is no one available to talk to you may want to write everything out. Later on you could analyze what you were feeling by reading over what you wrote at your moments of anger. Everyone here has had some great input.

Another thing I do sometimes is use the anger to fuel me while I'm working out. It gives a much much more intense work out and would be using your anger in a constructive manner.
