Talking to someone or "venting" so to speak is a great way to get some steam off your chest. I'm one to believe anger should not be kept inside all the time. It helps me to get my problems out in the open with some feedback from the person(s) I'm talking with. If there is no one available to talk to you may want to write everything out. Later on you could analyze what you were feeling by reading over what you wrote at your moments of anger. Everyone here has had some great input.
Another thing I do sometimes is use the anger to fuel me while I'm working out. It gives a much much more intense work out and would be using your anger in a constructive manner.
i like rap music, so i sometimes just sit down and put together some rhymes... or listen to old eminem stuff, it helps a lot...
