  • Other than the fact that the coin is raw and looks to be VF, everything else seems fine image

    ROFLMAO.
That is something like the Merc listing I saw this morning for a 36P Dime. No picture nothing, then the Guy stated it was worth $575 and started it at $1000. These folks must need money.image

Larry, that coin just might be the keystone of your set, oops that would be braddick's set.image

I think that's the new see-through slab with household item background.image mike
    3. I dunno, not to bad a price for what they CLAIM it is.

It's brilliant, very very well struck and has no marks whatsoever. A lock ms68 for sure. You need some new glasses, Larry!
Change that we can believe in is that change which is 90% silver.

eBay is the Old Faithful of humor. At least once a day, we get a good knee-slapper.

    6. PCGS graded this one like the 1933 Double Eagle. They were called in to pre-grade this little beauty. In my opinion they are just a bit more off here than they were on the 1933 $20. Now thats just my opinion I do realize others might not agree.

PQ: You're blind. Can't you tell it's a rara gem quality piece? And the slab...can't you see it? C'mon! I though you were an expert. image

Not too bad , with an opening bid of 4200.00. Maybe I'll bid on this rather than buy the 1879cc gsa that I need.image

    10. Shoot Larry my 7 raw Peace dollars that I bought at the Anaheim show that I showed you look way better than that. Thanks for the good laugh.
Friends are Gods way of apologizing for your relatives.
    11. I'd say there's something fishy (and fraudulent) here and it stinks!!! The coin appears well worn in the scan. Yuk!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yea but you know how those scans can be deceptive, the coin rarely looks like it does in the picture. I have read it on this board a 1000 times, you can't grade a coin from the scan. image

      Oh My Golly! image

Dog97 recently sent me one of these in a beautiful, lustrous, MS62 for about 1/42 of that price.

IOW, I'd rather buy 42 good looking Morgans from him.image
