Did NGC list FBL on their old holders.

Also, did PCGS list PL & DMPL on their old holders?

    Yes they used both designation on the old small holders.

    I'm not sure about the FBL thing. Didn't the services just start doing that a couple of years ago?

    That's what I was thinking. I have some old NGC Franklins that I think will go FBL.
