    1.right click on the attachment
    2.click on "copy shortcut"
    3.click on the image button on the tool bar(4 from the left).
    4.copy the shortcut in the box
    5.post the message

    I think you have to do it afterwards but just post the attachment first and then go back and edit the message to show your pic.
