Proof Lincoln cents - brown spots

I bought an NGC PR69 CAM 1964 Lincoln cent, and I see two small, hardly noticeable, brown spots, one on front and one on back. Are spots pretty typical on proof cents, even those graded proof 69? How much brown does there have to be for it to be classified as red-brown?
Thanks,
Dan

A Tax is a fine for doing good.
There is a spot on the steps of the Lincoln Memorial, and one after the word TRUST on the obverse.

Yes the brown is toning on a copper coin so it can increase over time.
dan1ecu - Did you know that NGC DOES NOT guarantee the color of copper coins in their holder
Did you know that PCGS DOES guarantee the color of copper coins in their holder ?

when you get a copper coin w/ orig. spots, you know for a fact it hasn't been messed with.
