Anyone else not receiving submissions back in the normal time?

I've been waiting over 2 weeks since my invoice shipped out on 8/9 and customer service said the PO wont allow them to track it until after 30 days.Normally I received them in 4-5 days from the ship date.Just wondered if other people were having the same problems?

  • 2 of my invoices supposedly shipped out on 8/16. Nothing here yet. image My nails are getting awfully short. If I have to wait much longer, I'll have to start chewing on my husband's nails. image

  • That seems pretty long.

PCGS sends them out Registered with Delivery Confirmation. I would ask them for the tracking number and see what information you can get from that on the USPS web site, maybe you can at least find out if they shipped it to the right address.

I'm having the same problem. According to PCGS, my coins were shipped on 8/16 but I have yet to see them. I called the customer service number (1-800-447-8848) on 8/23. The person was very helpful and linked into the USPS website with the registered mail number, but there was no indication other than the USPS still had not delivered them.

I had a shipment last week. Shipped 8/20/02.... received them on 8/23/02. (That's CA to TX in 3 days)

  • UPDATE

I found out today from PCGS that the order was returned to them by the PO because of an incorrect address. The address they had was correct but the PO could not figure out how to deliver it. I never received a notice they tried to deliver it, just sent it back to PCGS. PCGS is resending and I will be calling the PO to tell them of the trouble.(Fat chance) I seem to have a lazy postal person who doesn't even check to see if I'm at home when I have a package that requires a signature. They just put the notice in the mailbox and I have to drive to the PO the next day during work when I should have received it the day before when I was at home.(Lazy SOB)--Sweet ol' Boyimage

Thanks to all who responded and PCGS for checking on it.
