Nickel issues, well at least my Senator replied

LanLordLanLord Posts: 11,714 ✭✭✭✭✭
Several weeks ago there was a thread with information about contacting your local senator(s) if you wanted to complain about the new nickel legislation in Congress. I wrote both Cal senators and received a response from one. I felt good about this until I realized that no where in the response does it address anything about what I wrote in the first place. Just a form letter.

Oh well, at least I got that much!image

[The letter you got was something like that, right?]

New collectors, please educate yourself before spending money on coins; there are people who believe that using numismatic knowledge to rip the naïve is what this hobby is all about.

    Was it postage due?

Fortunately it was email. However, no senator (or congress person) should ever need to send something postage paid as they have franking services paid by you and me.
