PCGS Collectors Club Free Access to Pop Reports

Whatever happened to PCGS' offer to Collector Club members for free access to the on-line population report? I submitted a request for access months ago that PCGS sent to me in the mail and still cannot access the population report.

As I understand it, you must be either a Gold or Platinum member and have submitted a valid email address and password to PCGS. I did all of this and still had to call and talk to Linette(I think) to get activated. I have had the free pops ever since May.
