cracked die kennedy halves

i just found 6 1995 kennedys with a cracked die mark that runs from the neck line down across the 9 in the date. they were in a box of 1000 from the bank. is that a coincidence or was that a common crack for kennedy dies? i think it is odd that they stayed together because the rolls were circulated and all mixed up. also any known value for die cracks?

That's usually where you see them. Not much prem for minor cracks. One with a major crack all the way across the coin would have a prem but the Mint don't let the dies get that bad.

these are some really weak strikes as well and the face of one has some rough areas like the die had grease accumulated on it. well, i think i will keep them together in a "set" and maybe frame them as an oddity that they have stayed together this long.
