Joe Orlando's book

Really enjoyed Joe's book - "The Top 200 Sportscards in the Hobby". Great stories and pictures. Anyone else read it?

Thanks Jeff. I missed that post on the other forum. How come there weren't any 64 Topps Giants in that book??

Because there aren't any heavy RC's in the set, and the Mantle is plentiful and not particularly expensive. That's my guess. There aren't any E cards in the book, either.

Orlando's list is mostly very heavy cards from mainstream vintage sets. Name a card that would sell for a ton of money in a Mastro auction in PSA-8 or PSA-9, and it's probably in there. If the cards were music they would be played on "Classic Rock" stations.
