I needed a PR wheatie (in plastic... they look better that way). I figured no one would screw with a modern coin, so I risked a few bucks on one of this seller's slabs.... as I was looking through his feedback... i well, Laughed when I saw this guy
That does seem to imply some kind of mass buying by several ebay customers or possbile shill bidding. I 've seen some of the seller's auctions over the past year but have never bid on them. NTC charges $7 per coin but I am sure they offer volume discounts.
