*Note: Both buyer and seller are required to abide by payment terms listed. These terms can only be changed if both parties agree.
Has anyone ever notice this little note at the bottom of the ebay auctions. It's not stated during the auction but only after the auction has ended. Does this make any sense. Shouldn't this be posted during the auction and not after. Shouldn't the parties agree on questionable terms BEFORE the auction ends or better yet, BEFORE bidding begins? Of course, terms are agreed upon once bidding begins but all this leads into another topic, right?
I was out almost $20 in an ebay transaction with a seller who truely believed that I pay the cost of the money order, signiture required insured mail, a $10? charge since I didn't send a SASE. We ended up in squaretrade for about 6 weeks and I couldn't convince her otherwise that these trumped up fees were not my responsibility. I had asked her why I was being charged for the way she conducted her business when all she needed to do was mail my refund in a simple 34 cent business envelope. This transaction was crazy and nuts and at the same time very comical. Needless to say, she earned my very first and last posted negative feedbeek.
Back to ebays little note, when I had placed my bid in her auction we agreed to $3.50 SH/I and she couldn't understand that.
