The 2 Prices are Sale Price/Trade Price at LOW BV.

Example trade value of $30 is Low book value is $30 High book could be anywhere from $50-$80, I feel this is a more accurate way to trade. These cards listed do not list in BV, so I had to come up with my own trade values.
