Who's best at slabbing toned coins

Have an unc buffalo with some reddish/brown streaked toning. Coin's not worth much but wouldn't mind paying to have it graded and slabbed by a service. Of the major slabbers which is a better service for toned coins? I've included pics included although the coin & toning appears darker than in real life and the details don't show well.
It's the "hunt" that makes this such a great hobby...

If you are concerned that it will get rejected because of questionable toning then the best is probably anacs.

Truthfully JD the coin doesn't look like it's worth slabbing anywhere. I don't think it's a BU coin. If you do think it's worth slabbing I agree with Placid. Send it to anacs and if they think it's AT they will still put it in plastic.

This kind of toning is natural for Buffs. You shouldn't have a problem with having it certified by either PCGS or NGC because of the toning, barring any other problems the coin may have that are not noticeable from your scan.

Flash is correct. That is a naturally toned coin. I think (by the scan) the coin is, at best, AU. To really tell check to see if that is a "plateau" on the Buffalo's butt. It looks like it on the scan.
