Help on a Cool Ike error

The pics below are of a Ike Dollar unlike anything I have ever seen. The pics were taken by the owner, but I have had a chence to see the coin in person. It is definitely a Mint error, but I don't know what type or how. The other image is of the side of the coin. Please let me know your thoughts

Ok, here is a pic of the reverse.

Obv indent from a planchet. 2 planchets fed into the striking chamber at the same time, 1 properly positioned and 1 way off center. The die pressed an indent from the 2nd planchet into your coin. Somewhere out there is a waaaay off center Ike with only a "B" on it. Cool!

Cool! And worth some decent money, I think -- especially if he has the matching B coin!
