does anyone know how donruss and topps are in replacing cards?

i need to know because i just sent in 2 game to donruss and 1 bowman chrome auto that was scratched...plmk any experiences you may have had, thanks!

Well I have not had to send in anything to be replaced but with redemptions topps has a verry hard time sending them out it took 9 months for my jersey card from 2001 topps debut and iv been waiting over a year 8 months for a 2001 topps debut #ed rookie card. good luck. I can;t even get them to ansewer there customer support line any more. I have no idea about donruss. But im thinking that you will have to wait along time to get it back from topps if all.

I had very good luck with Donruss/Playoff.
I dealt with Elizabeth and she great.

thanks for the info...i wrote a letter to donruss...let them know i bought two boxes and get two fu(ed up game used....thanks for the help

Sent in a redemption for a Riggins Auto/Jersey and it only took a week!

Sent in a damaged Chambers Contenders Rookie auto and it took 2 weeks and I got a mint one back!!!
