Question about sending first, i would appriciate your input

nodoubt64 and i are close to a deal...he has about 10 more refs then me but we're both in the 30/40 range....both with clean records....my idea was to send same time what do you think

If you trust eachother, send at the same time. If you're not sure, "same time" means squat because there is no guarantee's both parties are sending. Same time, in my mind, is reserved for people you've traded with before or people that you trust... You both have a decent amount, but are they all from this site? I'd say the one with the least from here sends 1st

Well,TRUST is in fact the KEY thing here we are talking about.If you do in fact trust him,then do what your instinct tells you to.
The accepted practice on CU has been for the newer person who hasn't established a rep to send 1st but there are always exceptions to that,of course.
Then there are some extreme examples of some who always want you to send 1st;those are the people who have little or know faith in
other traders.Hope this helps!
