Price Guide Error?

I was looking up pennies and came across coin #197 (1986 RD) The price guide states an MS 65 goes for 45,000 and an MS66 goes for $30 and an MS 67 goes for $75 ????? In fact there is a bunch of listings for Pennies at MS65 for 45,000.... Is this an error?

    It's those crazy Registry Set guys running the prices up.

    Please excuse my ignorance. What price guide are you talking about? Are these regular pennies, or errors of some kind?

    That PCGS price guide is a mess. I think they made an effort when they first put it up and haven't looked at it since. How many years has it been?

    I don't know, but the numimedia web site shows updated events calendar, so somebody is apparently doing something there.
