I was gonna go 66 RD until I saw what the others said. Caving in shamefully to peer pressure, I will lower my guesstimation to 65 RD to be in the same ballpark as BigD5.
The coin looks to have a bit nicer red than a really nice PCGS MS66 RD 1909 VDB I sold a while back. This is the only reason I would have said 66 RD on that 1910. I have no idea what kind of technical grade its marks would give it, though, and there's a little bit of carbon spotting. However, I have a 1907 Indian in PCGS 65 RD that looks no better than that, and maybe not quite as nice, since my Indian has one larger streak on the obverse as opposed to a bunch of tiny little spots on your coin. (My Indian has a perfect reverse, though.) Are there traces of an old fingerprint on your 1910?
Ok, here is what I see under 5x and 10x scopes. yes indeed, the obverse has little hits on the head, clean fields, has full cartwheel luster and carbon spots not visible to naked eye but more noticeable under the scope. All in all, a nice original obverse. It could have gone as high as MS-65RD based on the obverse alone.
The reverse is indeed much cleaner surfaces, also full cartwheel luster, does suffer from what appears to be numerous spotting but is not clear that it is a fingerpriint for sure, although it is quite possible, The reverse would graded a MS-63RD or a MS-64RB
The coin to the naked eye is 100% red on the obverse and 95% on the reverse (becasue of the spots).
I would rate this coin a MS-63RD overall just to be conservative. But a VERY PQ one at that. The coin could easily pass for MS-64 red but if it did make MS-64 I would have put it into a MS-64RB slab because of the spotting especially on the reverse.
This coin is definitely unfooled with and is a pleasure to look at.
Next is the auction lot I bought this coin.
The seller should be commended for his honest commentary on this coin....
Dang, Oreville- what happened? A 166 feedback rating with the turquoise star? It doesn't seem that long ago that you were the anti-feedback crusader who had somebody (coindude, was it?) give you a "friendly negative" to keep you at zero. LOL.
OK, so I blew it on the grade. But that's a lovely cent, especially at the price. I respected your expertise enough to know that this was not going to be a sob story.
I think many of the marks you are seeing are actually details that show in the early cents, especially the beard. The coin looks good to me and the spots are quite typical of coins that have been in rolls for a long time. $20 - smokin deal, good job.
lordmarcovan: I do have another user ID with 0 feedback. The oreville user ID has remained stable at 57 net feedbacks, although a seller is upset because I asked him not to leave me a positive feedback. He plans on retaliating.
One of the big boys.
There are still areas in coins in which one can still keep to a tight budget and yet not get their clock cleaned out. Patience is the key word. This is important for the newbies to know but I must admit it takes many years of experience to pull these deals out of a hat.
oreville From my experience with PCGS,I'd say it would grade MS63 RD because of the hits on Obv and spots. The strike is exceptional but they definitely are hard on coins that show the hits.

I received the coin and will show you pictures I took.
Now take a look and take a stab at the grade.
1910 Cent obverse
1910 Cent reverse --- note the coin is lighter in appearance than the pics show
I will guess ms64 rb. The reverse is much better than the obverse.
Price about $35.
Is that a fingerprint on the reverse? That may bring it down to 63-64,I don`t know.
The obverse looks nice(er) I think.
