I'll give the Rev a VG-8 and the Obv a VF-20 with the net grade a F-12. Your opinions please.

Seems about right... on a bad day the graders might give you a VG-10, a good day an F-15

I'll give the rev almost a VF but call it FINE.
I'll give the obv almost VF but it is clearly FINE.
UNLESS you can't see the 2 lines in each cotton balls; then you have to grade it VG.
