NCS opted not to conserve my Lincolns

I'll call Monday for clarification, but I sent 3 Franklins with bad milk spots (Jeweluster didn't touch it), and 3 heavy cam lincolns (64,69,71). I also asked for economy NGC grading. It's a little disquieting not being able to check their web site for status, but I mailed all 6 coins on 8-1-02, and all six showed up graded today in the mail. The halves are some-cam obverses and dcam reverses that all graded no cam (all 1963's) but the spots were improved on two and removed on the third (PR64,PR64,PR65), and the cents went PR66 RD Cam, PR66 RD Cam, and PR67 RD Cam respectively. The lincolns could have all benefited at least one grade point each if the uneven toning was removed. I believe the 64 is dcam, but the toning is blotchy on the reverse. I'm uncertain why they chose not to bath the Lincolns. Whatever the reason, the whole process including grading and mailing took 15 days. Not too shabby. I really submitted the Lincolns to test their ability with copper without risking expensive coins, but I know no more than I did when I submitted them. I'll follow-up post after I call Monday.
