? on Dealer submissions

Do you think that the larger dealers get more favorable grades on their submissions as opposed to the collector that sends in say 2 or 3 coins a month, if that?

1)they send in more coins
2)they are better graders
3)they have better access to more coins
4)they know how to "process" coins better
5)they know which services will grade certain looks better
6)they know the people at the services better so if they have a dissagreement they will probably get it resolved easier than the average Joe. Let's face it it's a business and your going to take care of your bigger customers. Unfair but true.
Two, turn around time has always been much faster at ANACS as opposed to PCGS. Many submissions to ANACS have been returned within three to four weeks. My quickest turn around at PCGS as been four weeks and my longest has been just a day longer than six weeks. I know PCGS first looks into my submission when it arrives because they charge my credit card for the service. I would assume because I am not a dealer that my submission sits on a shelf until they are ready for it.
Three, I had a bad experience with PCGS. When I were young and foolish, I cracked out a half dime from a PCGS holder and resubmitted it, hoping it would grade higher. I did nothing more than move the coin from the holder to the flip, and then it gets bodybagged as AT by PCGS. I gave up trying to figure that one out.
Lastly, isn't it the coin that counts, not the holder? Time and time again, I have read here on the boards that it is the coin that counts and not the holder. Sure, I also own coins in holders from PCGS and NGC as well as an occasional ICG. I buy the coin and not the holder. I will not under any circumstances buy an ACG holder.
As TheNumish said, it is business. Unfair but true.
BTW: I are still young and foolish.
