Anybody ever have a bidder leave feedback before the item even ships?

Sometimes when I'm running a lot of auctions I accidently give someone positive feedback. Too much for my small brain to keep track of.

I've often received feedback before my payment reaches the seller, or before I ship a coin to the buyer.

Yea.... just last week I sold this guy a coin and immediately after the auction I got a positive from him. It must be the good feedback rating? I don't know..

The first feedback I left the day I sent out the check... then I learned how eBay worked

I once left positive feedback for a guy that hadn't even paid me.....another senior moment.

He later contacted me and said he'd not bid on the item but I informed him that in that case I'd not have been able to leave feedback. Sure enough, he'd won the auction and forgotten to send payment. He later sent payment and we lived happily ever after!

I got a positive feedback from a guy saying check was in the mail and the next day a positive saying he couldn't contact me. I never have figured that one out!

I has a newbie woman leave me feedback on a post card I sold before I shipped. I told her she was sposed to wait until she got it in case I was a bad guy and she told me she knew it was gonna be a nice deal with me.

i just got a positive that hasnt shipped, my partner and i had to look through the records to verify that we really had not shipped yet. it confuses the heck out of me. i still want to believe that i must have already shipped the item. the auction ended thursday and she paypaled fri and we dont ship on sat, so whats up with that?

I just had this happen to me for the first time last week, a guy left me positive, the next day I got his payment and shipped his merchandise.

Yes..many times this has happened. I pay for an auction and immediately get positive feedback. Then the coin ships. I guess its my immpecable reputation!!

No I haven't had that happen to me. For those that got feedback from bluemooncoins before you sent the payment, he took several months to post feedback to me after I had paid quite a while ago. Guess you got him when it was a slow time in his PC work.

As a buyer I have left feedback as soon as I won the auction...... but this was only to forum members.

ps: I don't win many auctions...LOL

I was given a positive feedback befire I even got the payment. The check arrived and I deposited it. The bank sent it back, instead of 6/8/2 he put 8/6/2, 2 months post dated, after emailing him 3 times he said he would send another check, He never did so I am going to return the check to him ( dont feel good depositing it now ) and give him his first neg.
