Bad vibes on the boards... time for some good news.

My wife (bless her heart) got some coins today.

12x12x12 box full of virtually bloody everything. I'm going nuts here.

Columbia half, Morgans, Buffs, Washingtons out the kazoo... JFK's yes Russ.. JFK's.
Half-dimes, wheaties, Indian heads, yadda, yadda, yadda.

This is going to take a WEEK to go through. Already found 9 PR69DCAM Kennedy proofs in some VERY tasty years.
Sorry Morris, I've now got a 1973 better than the PQ I got from you!

Anyway... just thought I'd share that good news with the guys. Russ has to wait 24 hours before getting to handle them.

Actually... they belonged to my wife's uncle.

Full-Bird Colonel - that dabbled in coins. He's unfortunately gone now. : (
but... his coins stayed.

So... it's kind-of an inheritance. My wife's inheritance - but she lets me touch them.

Funny thing is... one of the "family members" who allegedly "collects coins" told my mother-in-law

Well... I didn't mean to sound ghoulish.

He passed away about a decade ago. I never knew him.
They've been sort-of being "taken care of" in the interim, so the shock has
certainly worn off by now.
