Look what Lucy found at the bank today

All right people, how many of you eyeball the change when you are at a bank teller? I was scanning the halfs and saw 2 silvers, I bought them all and then bought 2 rolls of halfs. What did Lucy find? The 2 silvers that I saw are a 1941 d and a 1943. They are worn but for face value, Lucy was thrilled. In the 2 rolls I found a 67 and 69...Not bad, the silver is there if you will only look.

Good find, Lucy!

Yesterday I was at my bank and my usual teller was telling me how she had gotten a roll of Franklin and WL halves that somebody had cashed in. I admonished her for not saving the roll for me, and she then said that another teller snagged the other 99 rolls! I told her I was going to switch banks.

I tried to get a roll of halves at the bank today but none of the tellers had any. Did you happen to go to Citibank? :-) They told me to stop by during the week and see "nicole". Out of $36 worth of coins all I found was a Wheat Penny! Congrats on your find!
