When is someone unethical?

I have read with great interest today's threads on the Dragon/Keets MS66 DMPL transaction. I believe most of the posts have been informative and appropriate given the facts as presented by both parties. The only concern I have is how quick I or any other forum member is to pull the trigger on the issue of another member being "unethical." Unethical implies a dishonest motive behind words and deeds with an intent to manipulate or deceive. I don't see that in this transaction. There is always room for honest differences of opinion over subjective issues such as grade, PQ, distracting, eye appeal etc. Honest differences or however not unethical. They are just differences. I can comfortably hold a difference of opinion about one coin with another forum member (or dealer/grading service) while wholeheartedly agreeing with that same forum member (or dealer/grading service) on another coin. That doesn't make either of us unethical. In fact, these differences are what add much of the fun to collecting and collectors. Where do you draw the line between "difference of opinion" and "unethical?"
Buy the coin...but be sure to pay for it.

i think both parties presented their case, and some opinions offered in response. "unethical" doesn't seem to play a big part here, unless there is more going on here that we don't know about.

If I'm involved in a deal with you and "YOU" think you got the shaft, it's an honest difference of opinion and, of course, grading is subjective and you know full well even the grading companies can't agree on grades or artificial toning or even for sure if the coin's been cleaned.
This should clear things up for you.

If someone thinks a coin is nice and you don't that's a difference of opinion.
Amazing how those who say to not hype, always hype themselves.
Is it unethical to truely believe in yourself? (I would hope not)
the real issue is: why the he11 waste your time and energy flip-flopping slabs and upgrades and down-grades and no grades, etc??? why not just enjoy collecting coins??? leave the plastic out of it, and most of the "hype" problem goes away.
