What can you do?

I know there are some dumb people out there, but this one burns me. Can you reverse negative feedback given to you when the comment is good and meant to be positive? The person meant to leave positive feedback, but left negative instead (the little bubble was improperly marked). This s c r ew s up my perfect profile. Any suggestions.

Also, some items for sale on BST board.

Nope, it can't be changed. But, people will read it and realize what happened. I wouldn't worry about it.

I am sure someone at eBay could change it but they are probably too lazy to do it.
  • I believe if you send eBay a letter explaining the situation, they can straighten it out. The person who made the error will also have to concur.

If they actually did that, it would be something new.

Those dickweeds wouldn't even fix my original account from summer 1997 that got whacked when they changed their system. Hell, they wouldn't even release my own eMail address back to me. All I got in a dozen eMail back and forth was robot-like drivel that never gave me a single reason why they couldn't fix it.

Read their policy on feedback and you will see that they will not change feedback for that reason.Link
