Can someone tell me about this Jordan card?

I agreed to trade for a 99-00 Upper Deck Michael Jordan Final Floor card because I got a good deal. Are they GU or just inserts or what? I truely know nothing about them... Thanks in advance for any info.

its a gu'd floor on it...the final floor he played on...then...not final anymore
