I have been making alot of changes to my site and I need some advice of what you all like and don't like. Don't worry I take cridisism very well.

A pet peeve, apostrophe errors (the English major in me....)

"At West Coast Coins we collect information from our customers such as e-mail address's, mailing address's..."

should be "addresses."

Much easier to navigate. Nice improvement.

It looks very professional. The cart is nice. Mint & Proof Set years are easy to search but if you ever add other coins a search feature where you could search by years would be nice. So like a buyer wanted to look at all your 1897 coins he wouldn't have to wade through every Barber, IHC, Morgan etc in inventory to find a specific year. I have no other useful suggestions.

OK, let's see,
Dislikes:
1. The box in the middle and the test is off center and some of the words are covered. Makes it a bit hard to read, not that it is hard to figure out what it says.
2. The page could be a bit more dress right dress, you have speratic boxes of different sizes and colors. I think it would be more efficient with like size boxes. Organized accross the page.
3.The picture of the sun is distracting. I would lighten it (Transparent) or remove it from the text.
4.All the links on the lower left hand collumn, in my opinion, should be on the bottom of the page. I would have more product or links to the product or maybe helpfull likes like the bullion rate.

Likes:
1. Different color box tells me "New topic" I like the quick eye reference this gives
2. I like that the title of each box has larger text than the rest inthe box.
3. I like the three collumn format.
4. The bullion link is a great idea.

I had more like but wanted to leave it even, I hope you do not take offence to this, if I could help in any way let me know, feel free to PM me.

I think you should also offer Blue and Brown IKES in addition to your mint and proof Sets.

The only other feedback is that you need to send a confirmatory email to the customer to let them know the order went through.

I would do what Amazon does...Send an email for every step of the ordering process...Order placed, order shipped, followup, etc.

STOP dumping inventory...you've gotta be loosing on what you're trying to sell and what your trying to buy at the same time....I want the SAE's, but not at your expense, which is why I havent bought them. I tryed to be a dealer over night myself, and it blew up in my face. Hold what you dont sell, or offer to trade for stuff you can. I have alot of Buffalo proofs and uncircs and C&C sets...weed out what others have if you cant sell them the product...if they want bad enough trades can work in your favor

My problem is pretty much the same as mrpaseo. I feel I am missing something with words and links that are covered. what the heck the Summer saving is half missing blue covering blue at least change the text color so it can be seen.
