Is this storage method acceptable to the board?

I started using this method of storing my coins. It is cost effective. I'm using 2x2 paper envelopes with the coin in a polyethylene envelope folded over. I then place them in a cardboard 2x2 box. The fun part of this storage method is that when I go through my coins it is always a surprise to see what is in the envelope. Is this o.k for long-term storage?

    average coins i would say yes i do this same system but normally they live in the box until i give them away or go in a dansco anyway image
