Does anyone know if there was a quality problem wth year 2000 $25.00 1/2 oz gold eagles. Trying to buy pcgs ms-69 and don't see any around? thanks

Pop on them is 510, so they certainly exist. But, there sure aren't any showing up on eBay.

The ones I've seen in 69 holders have been great. Usually the ones that get graded are out of fresh original tubes.

Are people holding on to their gold at this particular time with the market fluctuation so much.?? Doesn't seem that the market would affect Uncs and Proofs tho,, I can understand why they might stockpile a few regular bullion...

$25 Gold Eagles in PCGS MS69 are tough to find. I need 6 to complete my registry set.
