I find die cracks interesting. How long does the die hold together after getting a significant crack? Above is a nice die crack on a large cent I bought.

I just took out the https:// and the &indexURL=0&rd=1 to make it work. She posted the link from her watching page with a secure sign in.

Thanks Dog. Wondered why that link never works! Yes, have been getting interested in errors lately. I can find some real bargains on Canadian errors when I'm in Canada, compared to what I see many US error coins going for on Ebay. Also have been looking for some to trade. Will definitely look for some more of those off-metal planchets when I'm in Canada again

I really like large cents, and errors on large cents just make it better.

I picked up a 1835 matron head in vf today and when I got home noticed that several letters in liberty and the coronet are doubled. I need to review the penny whimsey book to see if it's a common or rare type, anyone got it? Wanna sell it?
