  • Stman I checked ebay for sicoin's ID but all I got was his/her's bidding on other coins.

Look at some of the opener's other posts and you'll have your answer.

I have asked several times why they keep opening up 20+ year old threads that are essentially about nothing, but I have yet to receive a reply. Maybe they are just trying to up their post count. Quien Sabe

Maybe they are just trying not to launch redundant posts.

I got sniped today while trying to snipe.
Unopened box of 20 1968 mint sets.
The bid was at $415 with 10 minutes left. I put in what I thought was a nuke bid of 687 with 30 seconds left to go.
It was the first time I got outbid when I nuked and it made me feel dirty.

The higher percentage of me does feel good, certainly those mint sets were mostly oxidized 😬

It's possible. When someone starts a redundant thread, people sometimes scold them or tell them to search. And if someone resurrects an old thread, they get scolded. Maybe there's no obvious right answer.

I cannot keep up with all of the current threads let alone go back 20 years :D

It’s very simple only pick the threads that look like Clickbait or political discussions. The rest of it, meh…

I would be inclined to agree if the resurrected threads seemed to be something of significance or if they weren't all from 20 years ago.

I never scolded Steve (at least not intentionally), and the first time I asked it was out of sincere curiosity, because I couldn't understand the point. Now it just seems like a pattern.

The search bar doesn’t seem to work for later threads. When I search a particular word I’ll usually get one recent thread (maybe) then several more from the most recent ice age.

Even when I know that word or topic was recently discussed.

  • Closed thread, it was started in 2002.

If there are further questions about this, please DM the user who you have the question for.

    Thanks
