Anybody's guess here. You'd think it is possible he was trying to break the reserve, but you'd wonder why someone so new would know about that. From his point of view, the card sat at $25 the whole way up, then went boop to $75 in one shot.

It could be an attempt to shill by increasing bid count, but there is no evidence for this other than the multiple bids. The seller looks good aside from low feedback.
