Can I use a Franklin in the Franklin Registery Set and use the same coin in a type set.? If the answer is yes, is this practice normally accepted or disapproved of?

Everybody approves. To me it seemed like cheating at first but that has been discussed mant times and they say it's ok.
Change that we can believe in is that change which is 90% silver.
