Who is Honeycutt in the proof JFK registry?

He's sitting there with a fantastic set, weighted GPA of 70.28, 100% DCAM and lacking only four common late-date coins. All he has to do is add them and he knocks all us lesser beings down a spot. Come on, man, get it over with! The suspense is killing me!

I keep seeing his name---always the same: a very high rating with a couple common dates missing---typically 2000 and 2001 and some of the 1965 SMS---if he filled these in with relatively common grades he would have the top rated Lincoln (1950-present); 5c (65-preent); 10c (65-present); 25c (65-98); and JFK 50c (he'd probably only hit #2 here). He's equally impressive in the 36-64 coins---missing 2 in the 5c series (again, with relatively available grades could be #1); dimes (100% complete ranks #3); quarters (missing 1936, but has a 69.00 rating on the others!); Franklin halves (has a 70.5 but missing hte 1950).
And for good measure he is tied for the type Ike proof at 69.15; and is missing only the 99-P from having a perfect sets of SBA's.
I think he also is in some of the circulation sets, but not quite as spectacular. This may be the nicest set of 1936-1999 proof coins in all denominations that exists --- if goes and gets a couple of 2000 and 2001 PR69DCAM's, he'd be at or near the top in every modern set!

I know he has been in the Registry since it was only available in print only. So I think your assumption that he just gave up may be correct.
